Default Sound Differences between a Cedar with Rosewood back vs Mahogany Back

Are there noticeable sound differences between a Cedar topped instrument that has rosewood back and sides vs mahogany back and sides? I have only played Cedar with rosewood tone wood bodies. I play lefty and notice that Godin only offers lefty models with mahogany back and sides. I like the finish on the Godin but am still considering Cordoba if I want a Rosewood body. Also, how do Alambra classicals stand up to these two brands?

Mahogany sound has a more midrange frequency output. Personally I prefer the sound of rosewood.

Thank you for the graph. I guess I will have to listen to classical guitars with these tone woods.
