Nice find, Steve !
A little early for me to dream now, though. As always, nice touch...

That brings back memories. I met Frederick Noad many years back in the early 1970's. He was a very nice man with a generous spirit. He used to have a TV show I would watch regularily.
Very nice playing Steve. I have played it on the piano but not the guitar. It works well.

brings back memories for me as well, i remember hearing the kinder sonatas as a child. i’m currently working on an arrangement of this, but in G rather than D. very interesting to hear it in D (i think tarrega arranged it in D as well), because it lays differently than in G. the original key of F is really difficult.

i find it hard to play because of the slow pace and long pauses. but it is beautiful. i also always thought of the title, dreaming, as meaning dreams while sleeping, but now i realize it means day-dreams, which is why it is sometimes translated as reverie.

you played it nicely, and at a nice pace.

Schumann is probably my favourite composer. I own his entire piano cycle, with three different versions of the piano concerto.

Fine work as always. Great legato on the melody lines.

That's lovely, Steve... I like it. You should do some more classical compositions.

Lovely melody and arrangement, Steve...fits the peaceful view out my window this morning as I sip coffee and watch the wildlife stir awake.
