Wow, I'm jealous Mike but glad you got to see the magical workshop. I hope you liked what you saw with my build choices and give me some feedback please. I'd love to take a trip down there myself one day. Hanging with John must've been a trip.

Update:
John sent me this inlay to "fill the gap". Personally I like it. I like trees. My last build had a tree, and although I didn't choose this inlay, I like it. John said..."it's a tree". I added to that, "and the tree is on the side of a mountain in NC with the Sun coming up over the horizon". Anything anyone would add?

OK, so I'll be dumb and ask, is the tree just a natural inclusion John found in scraps or did he make that? It looks good if he made it and it is cool if it was just a natural thing because it looks like it was made. Plus, you get to tell everyone you have a "tree" guitar now and they will assume "The Tree"!!!
