One of those unbelievable Guitar stories.
I just got back from the Colorado 500 Charity Motorcycle ride and I have to share this with the group.
The wife of one of the riders saw my guitar and told me her husband has started to play again. The gentlman in question is about 65 to 70 years old. So when I saw him I ask him what he was playing and he said electric. "And, what kind of electric are you playing?" I ask. "I have an old Fender that I bought it when I was in high school." was his response. "Which one?" was my next question. He responded "Well I just found out it is worth quite a lot of money." "Then what is it?" I replied. "It is a Fender, No-Caster!" It turns out he bought it new and still has it. A one owner guitar from the 50's. Amazing!

Never sell anything, haha.
Thats cool , I have a friend that bought a late 60 Gibson LP Cherry burst, I think he said he Pawned it way back for 300-500 bucks , I've recently came across a Gibson SG from the early 70s Thinks it has potencial?

Those are the stories I just love to hear... anytime I go to a garage sale.. I look trying to maintain a poker face and pretend I don't know much.
Anyway, that story is great
