Seagull Grand (Parlor)
I played one of these yesterday at Rudy's in NYC. Nice little guitar - very articulate with a surprising bass presence. It's cedar topped with cherry back and sides. And it's priced much lower than comparable guitars like Larrivee parlors.
I didn't measure the overall length of the guitar, and Seagull doesn't include in their website specifications. Does anyone know, whether it's short enough to fit in an airline overhead? Thanks, Phil |

Phil, that is a good question. Last spring I flew to Salt Lake City with a Gibson Blues King in a gig bag. I was able to carry it on until I flew out of Salt Lake on Delta, then it got gate checked.
I am wondering how much bigger a Martin 00 is than the Seagull Parlor. --Fred |
