D15m but with 1 3/4 nut?
I realize that there are custom D15S models with a 1 3/4" nut, but all I have seen are 12 fret models with a slotted headstock. Aside from going through the custom shop, has anyone seen a D15m but with a 1 3/4" nut?
Do any of you know how much of an upcharge Martin charges to make a standard model with a wide nut/neck? Assuming all else stays the same?

LA Guitar has stock on custom D15 with 1.75 neck in Satin for around $1500 MAP and with gloss for around $1900(not sure on that price but close). If you call you will get a discount.

LAGS lists their best price when it comes to custom shop Martin guitars, they won't discount any lower than what you see.

As far as I can tell, that's for the D15S, which is a 12 fret with slot head. I was wondering about a standard 14 fret but with 1 3/4" nut.

Yup you are right. I screwed everything up here. I was looking at the OMs not the dread. My apologies.

There have been certain dealers who have ordered the D-15 with a 1 3/4" nut in the past but I've not seen any lately. Im sure the custom shop could make it happen but it might be cost prohibitive? Ted @ LAGS did have the 12 fret variety some time back...

Well, not positive, but I believe that the last few years they had 1 3/4 at the nut. I purchased a dc-15me from Maury and had the discussion about this. He actually went and measured. It was the 1 3/4 that I wanted

That was most likely an in house custom Maury had done with a builder installed pickup as the Martin website doesn't show a cutaway version of the D-15M. Although...they may have offered one in the past? They change models at the drop of a hat?
