Default Good room heater with accurate thermostat

Looking to keep my guitar room 70-75 degrees while my house is colder (60 or so degrees). Anyone know of a good heater for this purpose?

Lots of them. I always Google "best room heaters 2019" and the list is usually spot on. Lasko and Vornado are stand outs. The Vornados keep the room well balanced and they have a small footprint. Dyson makes a couple that work great too. I stay from any type of sealed oil heaters as (here where it gets cold) they do nothing for full-room even heating.

I’ve had the opposite experience with my DeLonghi TRD40615E oil filled heater. It takes a little while to get cranking, but we use it in our family room which is an old addition without heat, and it does a fantastic job that keeping that room (300 sq ft) nice and warm. Has a pretty accurate thermostat and never feels like it could overheat our pose any kind of fire risk (though one does need to be careful with any of these heaters).
