Great looking J-50. I own a 2006. It was my first decent guitar. At the time I couldn't pass on an opportunity at getting a Gibson slope shoulder at a good price but it sort of felt like a consolation prize as the slope shoulder more sought after is the 45. But over time I've come to really appreciate my J-50's look, especially because of the larger pick guard. I've scratched the sunburst itch through other guitars. And then, of course, there is James Taylor and Lightnin' Hopkins. Congrats on your '61.
