Personally, I just prefer to drive the ten minutes from my house to the beach...

Think he got the idea from "Skyfall? Or maybe the other way around since it looked liked this fellow took the time to have at least a couple of "assistance ramps" installed.
Really incredible balance though.

Super footage.

We saw a kid about 13 years old doing essentially the same thing about 25 years ago in Monterey CA. When he first zipped right by us, on the seawall (maybe 20' drop to the rocks), it scared my wife so bad it made her sick. Turned out that wall was the easy stuff. Essentially same as us riding in the MOR. Some people have a better sense of balance and position awareness than others, I guess. The GoPro sure records the POV drama well.

Pretty awesome.

You need a lot of physical talent for that kind of thing. I could train for 30 years and not make it through the first 20 seconds of that ride.

It is awesome, and beyond the capability of most of us, but I noticed something very interesting when I used to do more mountain bike riding. If you have a very narrow path to follow, next to a steep drop off, and you look at the drop off, you go over it. If you look where you want to go, you go there. Every time.

But I never got the knack of balancing on one wheel, much less the front wheel.
