Default Hercules stands warranty

My 2 stands had sticky rubber parts. I applied for warranty service and they mailed me 2 brand new stands complete. Great customer service. All I needed to provide was a photos of each stand. Good job guys. Service like that keeps me as a loyal customer for a great product.

I've been impressed with all of the Hercules products I've bought. It's nice to hear that they stand by their products like that. Thanks for posting.

It's funny. When I saw the thread title, I was expecting a complaint about Hercules and was thinking that it would be disappointing for a company that makes such great products not to offer comparable service. Glad that I was wrong in my prejudgment about the thread's content and that Hercules took care of a customer. I really like their stands.

How long had you owned the stands?
(What period of time does the warranty cover?)

Not sure how long but the warranty was for the sticky rubber parts that developed on the height adjustor.

I had a similar great experience. The bolt that keeps the bottom locked in place had become stripped on my 3-guitar Hercules stand. They replaced it with a new one for free. What's not to like? (Okay, maybe I'm not thrilled with the construction yellow color of some of the parts, but I can overlook that!)

This is great to hear. I have the same issues and I own 3 of these stands. Who did you contact for the warranty? On the website it directs you to your local dealer although I bought them off of Amazon.

I absolutely love my Hercules products. My daughter bought me one for Christmas - a tripod stand that I use 24 hours a day I love it. I liked it so much I bought four wall hangers and got a free table top neck support, and several locks.

Every Hercules product is high quality, so I am glad to hear they haev excellent customer service as well.

It's always nice to hear about good companies.

Thanks for posting this I have been searching for help with my Hercules stand that failed in the same way. Sorry to report that I have not yet found a customer service number for these illusive guys. I have a lead and will report back if I find help or not.
