Default to build arpeggio technique?

Does anyone have a set arpeggio practice technique?
ie (50 to 100 rolling arp's daily, etc. )
These things are frustrating! no?

I just do arpeggios after I do tremolo practice and scale practice. I do it til i get it right three times in a row, then move to the next. So far, my instructor has given me 4 major and 4 minor scales to practice with the arpeggios highlighted in each. I usually have to stop in the middle somewhere and play something else for a while to rest my cramped up hand.
