2014 Taylor First Edition 12 Fret 812ce
I just bought this from Ted about a month ago. This is simply an amazing guitar! Only 50 of these will ever be made (this is #26) ! If you search the net for 812ce 12 frets you will find some, but finding a first edition is not so easy and the prices are getting higher every time I look.
It is mint and comes with First Edition case and all paperwork. This guitar has amazing low and high end, perfect mids and is crazy comfortable to play and hold. Sitka top, rosewood back and sides, ebony board. Just a beautiful and amazing guitar. Again, it is like new and has been in my smoke free, humidity controlled home. I still have the original Taylor shipping box also. An unforeseen situation has come up and I need funds. I know I will regret this down the road, but such is life. If you are looking for a super comfy, amazing sounding guitar, this is it. You can check my ebay rating (markovitch2006) and see my perfect score. I have shipped guitars before and many high end items so no worries. I will ship within USA only and I will cover the shipping costs! I'm using the photos of the exact guitar that I took from Ted when I bought it. The only two I can find online are listed for $3500 so I am asking what I think is a fair $2500. No trades on this one. I am going on vacation at the end of the week for a couple weeks, so if this doesn't sell in the next couple days, I will not be able to ship out until I return. Nut is 1 3/4, short scale. The is the "new voiced" Taylor series with all the new upgrades Taylor addes to the 800 series. Simply a wonderful guitar. If I wasn't in a financial bind right now and would not even be considering selling it. Plays sweet as butter! I did put it up on the bay but at a higher price. Would rather work with my AGF friends if possible.

Again, this is the brand new 2014 with ES2. Yes, there are the pickup adjustments on the bridge and all the new voicing upgrades that Taylor made on the 2014 800 series.
I've owned many Taylors since the late 90s and the new voiced Taylors are simply amazing. Also, if you look at my eBay ad you'll see I have it advertised there for more (and it's generating interest). However, if possible I'd rather deal with folks here in the AGF since being a regular here lets me know a bit better what kind of folks I'm dealing with, so I'm offering a better price here.
