As a native from the Lehigh Valley, I crave Brass Rail cheese steaks. Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA.

Lots of nice small places to eat in downtown Bethlehem. A little cold today to go out and walk around but in two blocks you should find something. Major correction. I stated Allentown. No way. Bethlehem. Sorry about the brain fade.

There's a pretty nice restaurant area in the re-vitalized downtown section of Bethlehem.

Awesome, you will have a great time. Helene and I spent a couple of days at Martin last summer and had a fantastic time. Below are some photos.

Mivajo's across the street has excellent Italian food but be aware the portions are huge.

Don't forget the museum and if you have time, drive over to the old factory as well as well.

The tour is great and the museum is world class.Check out the private room behind the factory store. There is a lot high end guitars you can play. Also take a short ride to the original factory where they sell everything to build your own guitar. The two women that run the shop are very nice and long time employees. If you don't want to travel far the Pizza restaurant across the parking lot isn't bad.A plus you get to mingle with the employees having lunch.Enjoy it's a great way to spend a day with 3 generations.

After owning a D18 for 45 years, I finally took the tour last year. It was great. The museum was awesome and the picking parlor was a lot of fun.

I love the 0-28 VS in the Pickin' Parlor. They rotate the guitars so it isn't always there when I visit. But I played in at my first visit in December 2012 and it (or another equally fine 0-28 VS) was there again in September 2013. One of these days I'm going to treat myself to one.
