Default Taylor 410 ce 2007 Fall Limited (With Video)

SOLD!!!

Selling my 2007 Taylor 410ce Fall Limited Edition. This guitar features a Sitka spruce top, but what makes this 410 unique is that it has solid Indian Rosewood back and sides. Indian Rosewood is usually not available until you get into the 800 series of Taylor guitars. This guitar is beautiful. The condition is above average. It looks like its brand new as I have babied it and put it right back into its case whenever I've been done playing it. There is one boo boo on the back of the head-stock from where I banged it into a mic stand. This guitar is an acoustic/electric and features Taylor's Expression electronics.

I just got it back from the service department at Alamo Music (in San Antonio), where it had its first warranty service since I purchased the guitar new in early 2008. The Taylor certified tech reset the neck and set up the guitar so that it plays just like its new from the factory! I will be more than happy to supply the buyer with the paperwork certifying the warranty service. I will likely leave the paperwork in the case...and of course, it will come with the original Taylor case

This guitar originally listed for $2,498.00 so I believe that my asking price of $1500.00 is very fair (This includes shipping so long as shiping does not cost more than $100.00). This is a guitar for anyone looking for a guitar that goes above and beyond the cookie cutter guitars available at the music mega-stores. Its been my baby for five years. Please give it a great new home!

Hear the guitar here! http://youtu.be/ljhg0U7esds I used the guitar in just about every video on that channel...so feel free to poke around.

Why am I selling it? My daughter needs braces. Gotta do what I gotta do.

If you have any questions please call or text Derrick @ 210-452-3356
Serious inquiries only please. Thank you.

Here are some pics with the case.

I'll gladly PayPal you $10. I'm sure your ad will get 150 views. 150 X $10=$1500. I'd rather you keep your guitar. I admire your willingness to give up your guitar for your daughter's needs.

I haven't seen much of this type of thing on this forum, but hey, why not?

Just a few dads helping another.

PM me your Paypal info please.

Bill

Nice! You're only 20 miles away from me. This is almost exactly the guitar I've been looking for. I've had some setbacks in my savings, I really hope I can grab this one soon!

I hope so too! This is the only guitar I own. It would be great to sell it to someone who will appreciate it as much as I have. When things look better financially, I may be looking into financing a Martin D-1GT. I played one the other day and I fell in love with the mellow tone. Until then, a buddy of mine is going to loan me a $300.00 Alvarez that he never learned how to play.

Like your daughter, I too, have braces. Unfortunately I waited until I was 23 to get em on! If I wasn't paying for them, I'd be paying you for this beautiful guitar.

Oh well, at least the braces come off in about 2 weeks!

Good luck with your sale!

Thanks! Your teeth are going to feel really slick for the first few days you have them off.

Well...an admin can now remove the thread. It took the gentleman about two minutes to decide that he wanted it! I would like to thank everyone who looked. Very friendly place, these forums.

Now I need to start thinking about the future. I will eventually need to buy another guitar. So, what do you guys recommend for a decent, solid wood guitar for under $1000,00. Keep in mind...I have a good deal of time to go test drive guitars. It will be a while before I can buy another one. Hopefully, before the end of the year.

I've played a few Martins at the guitar center...but the action on all of them was ridiculously high. Although, I must say, I do like that warm Martin tone.

Based on my own experiences (which are very limited), I would get a GS mini mahogany...it projects well and has a nice warm tone. And it will certainly tide you over until a future big purchase.

If you insist on solid woods though, I keep hearing good things about the Yamaha A series (AC3R, AC3M, etc)
