New 518e going home with me tonight
I did a magic act today, made two guitars turn into one. Took 2 guitars I rarely played anymore, a 355 and a 512M, traded them in and got a good deal on a brand new first edition Grand Orchestra mahogany from Taylor. This is the strumming guitar I've never had and always wanted. Gordon Lightfoot, Ian Tyson and Norman Blake songs all sounded sweet with simple strumming or a little extra notes added it. The sound filled the room with little effort. Love the shape of this guitar. Taylor will have a winner once more people get to play this one. Fuller's Vintage Guitar in Houston has these. They are more than fair to deal with.

I played all 3 of the new GO models and the 518e was my favorite. the Hog and that body type and bracing seem to be a great match.
