Build Thread:
So I've started a pair of guitars. Some of the specs are still undecided by the buyer but I'll post roughly where we're at right now. Both are a custom body shape we arrived at, almost jumbo dimensions with a tighter waist and upper bout.
Guitar 1: Top: Sitka Spruce Sides: Ovangkol Back: Bubinga Guitar 2: Top: Cedar Sides: Flamed Maple Back: Ovangkol I'll post some more pictures as I go along as well as final specs when they're all set. Joe

Interesting to see sides that are different than the backs. Which wood do you think affects the sound more, the back or sides? Also, can you share the dimensions? This is going to be a lot of fun to watch!

So I slight change of original plans but, one of the instruments is almost complete...
Ovangkal B&S Sitka top Zebrawood binding Rosewood bridge and fingerboard 5 piece Mahogany/Wenge Neck
