Anyone play differnt styles of music on your Flamenco guitar?
I just got my first Flamenco guitar a few days ago its a Cordoba GK Studio as you may have seen from my other post. Its my first nylon/Flamenco guitar
i have ever played. It took me several hours to get used to the wide nut,but now i find it easy to play.I am playing flamenco and all other styles of music on it,like fingerpicking blues, classic rock, little gypsy jazz ect.Does anyone else out there play other than Flamenco on thier Flamenco guitars? My Cordoba has become my go to guitar for now.I am really happy with it.Cheers, James Epiphone EL00 Cordoba GK Studio |

Duck Baker plays Flamenco guitars almost exclusively and he's an ace at every style you can imagine.

I tried Heavy Metal, but couldn't get my tremolo working properly....

I started on a Gibson classical in 1962. I played everything on it, not nec
essarily really well. It can be done but it will have its own classical, nylon string sound. Last edited by grampa; 06-27-2012 at 10:52 PM. |
