Default 2009 Santa Cruz D/PW Mahogany Custom SOLD

I have decided to sell my mahogany 2009 Santa Cruz D/PW. Right now I have two mahogany dreadnoughts and I'm looking to add a rosewood dread. Unfortunately I can't afford to have all three. This guitar is a custom model from Santa Cruz. It has mahogany back and sides, a sitka spruce top but it has been customized with adirondack bracing and was built with hot hide glue. All other specifications are stock Santa Cruz D/PW. This is a SUPERB sounding guitar. This D/PW has excellent volume, great balance and incredible clarity. It is also has excellent sustain and a very rich complex voice (more than any other mahogany guitar that I have played). The nut is 1 11/16ths of an inch. Very comfortable soft V shaped neck. The guitar's action is very good. (The distance from the top of the twelfth fret to the bottom of the low E string is between 5/64ths and 6/64ths). I bought the guitar from Morgan Music in Lebanon, Missouri. The guitar is in excellent condition. The lacquer near the headstock has a superficial crack (checking that is in the finish only) in it that is not readily apparent unless you look for it. (See pictures). The pickguard has some light scratching but other than that the guitar is immaculate. It comes with the Ameritage case that Santa Cruz uses now. Tha case is also in great shape. I've included a link to another thread here on the AGF where the original owner is talking about this guitar just so you'll kind of know it's history. It was originally purchased from The Podium in Minneapolis. I'm the second owner (besides a short time at Morgan Music). I'm asking $2,400 for the guitar and I will absorb the Paypal fees and shipping to the lower 48. That should net me a little over $2,200. I always ship guitars by Postal Service Express overnight. It is expensive (over $100) but it gets the guitar to you in 24 hours. I don't like really nice guitars sitting in warehouses or getting bounced around in trucks too much.
Thanks for looking.
Chuck

Thanks Jerry.
I agree. If people could actually get their hands on this guitar and hear it, it would sell quickly.

Chuck, thank you! What's that line about lightning?...Maybe it doesn't quite fit, but feel lucky to get a second chance.
