You did a fine job. I think it might sound better if you slowed the tempo a bit and made it a little more somber.

Great job, Ruddy, I liked it. Maybe some don't like the interpretation, but I did. The melody doesn't really jump out and make itself obvious, but I like your interpretation. Very fine fingerstyle.

I always encourage new arrangements and I think this is a good effort. I enjoyed the variations near the end of your performance.

As for criticism, if this is going to be your own personal arrangement, you need to really master it. I do think there are too many notes being missed, bends and slides gone wrong, for such an original arrangement to be fully enjoyed.

Personally, I would've liked to hear the melody stand out a bit more, and I wouldn't speed it up so much that it sounds like a happy song. But that's just my personal opinion.

What's not my personal opinion but rather technical advice are those bends and slides. These aspects need more practicing. The bends are mostly off tune completely and the slides are inaccurate as well.

And if you're going to slap the rhythm on your guitar, it needs to be dead on. And of course, the end has to be gracious...

Hope this was constructive and I wasn't too harsh on you.

Yeah I'd have to agree with above.
I did a version which was very close to original; I appreciate you were going for your own 'style' but that bounciness that you have going on here doesn't work at all imo.
