Gibson Customer Service
Anybody know anyone over at Gibson?
I have a friend having a horrific time getting some customer service right now, and cant seem to get anyone there to listen, after first going through his local vendor, calling them directly, and sending them letters..

I suggest join the Gibson forum, they have CS folks reguarly contributing to the discussions. There is one guy called Vince that is part of the acoustic section.

I don't know anyone at Gibson, but they've been pretty accomodating to me the times I've emailed them with a question. I may not have always liked the answer, but they did respond. And Taylor was also prompt to respond when I had a question about a new 714ce a few years back. Is there absolutly no response, or not the response he wants? I think any of these outfits have a vested interest in answering questions, etc............Good luck. Hope the issue is resolved in your favor.
