Default Fingerstyle - The Butterfly

A fingerstyle arrangement of the Irish slip jig The Butterfly I worked up a while ago and finally got round to recording recently -

DADGAD, played on a Taran Tirga Beag guitar (http://www.taranguitars.co.uk/guitars_tirgabeag.html) and recorded on a Zoom H1.

Mark, loved the tune and also the sound of the guitar. To me it sounded very dry and well balanced, like it was meant for you style of picking. The repetitions in the picking pattern really make this song engaging.

Great job, Mark. Thank you for sharing this with us. I listened a couple times and look forward to hearing some of the others. Excellent rhythm... and sounds like a wonderful guitar.

Very nice! The tone of your guitar seemed well suited for that piece. Thanks for sharing!
