Question Anybody Know 210 Details - Solid vs. Lam?

There's a 2006 210 FS at AG & the owner claims the B & S are solid vs laminate. Can anyone confirm? I also contacted Taylor, but the guitar may sell B4 they get back to me. Any help would be appreciated.

If I recall...

Gloss top and Rosewood sides = laminate.

Satin finish top and Sapele sides (Mahogany looking) = solid.

i think they were laminate in 2006... but check the back bracing. if you look inside the sound hole and the back is slightly bowled, and there aren't any bracing beams running across the back wood like in the other solid guitars, it's laminate. the solid 200 will be a bit heavier too, because of the solid wood and back bracing.

I had 2006 Taylor 210, and it was an all solid wood guitar. Starting in 2007, Taylor switched to laminated rosewood back and sides on all 200-series guitars.
