Default Does anyone have knowledge about a 1972 MANA brand guitar?

I am trying to find out more about an acoustic flat top my wife gave me for my birthday back in '73. It is a MANA brand.

On the inside it says "Mana Guitarras, model MW130, #103, made 1972" from the builder of this guitar. Next is a sticker stating "Sole distributor: J. C. Musical Products, Chicago, Il." (where my wife bought it).

Has anyone ever heard of these guitars or know something about them. Where it was made, quality, etc?
It seems comparable to a Fender acoustic from that time period, but a few dollars cheaper.
