Default the wait is over......my 816ce just arrived..

i was at work when my wife called me and told me that my 816ce finally arrived...i was so excited that i want to leave early at work to lay my hands to the blessing that God has provided me...it's been a long story for me to finally have this guitar and it expand my patience to wait on God's right timing.. i believe that if you wait on His timing, you'll received the BEST!!! i just want to share to all of you that been waiting for something, not only guitars, but victory in your life. Continue to hold on to God's Promises because His plan is way above our plan... Thank you Jesus!! Pics will be next.

acclimate it? wahhh...if your not in an extremely dry place or extremely humid area, your fine to take out the guitar. If its dry, make sure to keep it humidified, use a ziplock with holes and a wet sponge. If its over humidified, use silica gel packs to soak out humidity, thats all. Other wise I just use a soundhole humidifier from planetwaves. Cheap and affordable.

Very exciting -- congrats! Please try to post some pics and a report (two pages, minimum -- double spaced) soon

All the best on your new "best friend"!

Default acclimate...

Yes.... unless you're in really dry, or really wet conditons.... EVEN just the room(s) the guitar is at, you should be good. It's not a bad idea to get a gauge to measure the humidity inside. Radio Shack and other places have them.

All that said, the guitar may "adjust" a little here or there over the first 1-4 weeks.

ENJOY! May it be a tool for his glory!
