Amazing!
We're on spring break down here. All of the major universities are on spring break, and many school districts.
We booked rooms in San Antonio for tonight and planned to go to Six Flags Fiesta Texas tomorrow. I just came online to buy tickets for tomorrow - and the park is closed! Doesn't open until March 14th for spring break. We all know what happens when we assume.

What do you expect? 'Spring' doesn't officially begin until March 20?
Actually, that's very poor scheduling on Six Flag's part. Obviously they either looked at an 'old' calendar, or someone merely goofed.

Could be worse. At least River Walk is probably open and it's warm. I'm in Virginia Beach on business, and went down to McDonald's about 9:30 PM. On the walk over there I'm glancing into restaurants and seeing one or two patrons. When I get to McD's, I overhear 4 college students arguing with each other over who had the lame idea of coming here for spring break... the town is basically dead, and while it was in the 50's today, it's low 40's now. After all, I'm staying in a national chain hotel on the beach at a government per diem!
