Celtic Guitar Resources
I have just discovered some wonderful free notation/tabs for two Celtic Solo Guitar Collections.
Here are the links: 1) Ramble to Cashel. http://www.guitarvideos.com/assets/pdf/13029dvd.pdf 2) The Blarney Pilgrim. http://www.guitarvideos.com/assets/pdf/13063dvd.pdf Hope these are helpful to guitarists looking for solo Celtic guitar arrangements. Many thanks to the Stefan Grossman workshop series! Trevor |

You're welcome, Barry. It was a thread over on the Show and Tell that got me looking for arrangements of Fanny Power. https://www.acousticguitarforum.com/....php?p=6069139
One aspect of the AGF that I really like is the way one thing leads to another. |

In the second book, 1st tune. Planty something or other. It's in dadead. I'm working on it, but not planning on adding anything beyond the notation as the artist does in his YouTube of the tune.

These are classic videos, I still have the VHS tapes here somewhere. I pored over every note of these at one time. Oh, and I just located the books.
IMG_3500.jpg Lots of great tunes, some fairly easy. Pat Kirtley's tunes are very accessible. Martin Simpson's classic Rosie Anderson medley is in there. I was just telling Steve Baughman that the tab books were posted online, and he recounted how it came about that he was included in these so many years ago. Pretty cool. Steve's Fanny Power (possibly the most beautiful guitar arrangement I know of - long one of my favorites) is also in in Steve's Celtic Guitar Method book from Mel Bay.
