That is stunning! My path is similar to yours - 8 years in, lots of guitars, and settling on 12 frets, slopes, and short scales.

Enjoy!

Upon your first strum of this guitar I was Wowed by its lovely tone and sustain!
Yes, it is a stunner looks wise...with out a doubt...but I think it is a stunner tone wise as well. Deep-rich and full.
You really have something very, very special. As you said...a One of a kind!

Ooh! Very noice!! What a looker!! I love 12-fret acoustics (the Breedlove I received from FedEx 4 hours ago is a 12-fret 00 guitar - I can't wait to try it out). They have such a nice, deep tone to them.

What a beautiful looking and sounding guitar!

I just picked up a 00-17 Authentic 1931 and a D-1 Authentic 1931. They are the two best sounding guitars that I have ever played. Your guitar embodies the best of those two. Congratulations!

I could probably chuck my other guitars and be satisfied with those two.

Funny you mention those two guitars. I was initially looking at vintage 00-17's from the 30's and wasn't sure I wanted to wade into the vintage waters so I started looking at the 00-17 Authentic 1931 but was put off by the prices. Then a few months later I was looking at the D-1 Authentic 1931 more for the 12 fret slope dread body when I stumbled upon my D-1 custom. I'm still really loving it. So light and resonant. And it's the first guitar that my wife consistently says how much she loves the tone every time I put it on and start to play. They all sounded the same to her until this one!
