Default SCGC OM-42 Brazilian/German ON HOLD

I have a SCGC OM-42 that I would like to sell. Guitar was custom made for me when I made their truss rods, I am the original and sole owner and guitar has never been gigged or abused. It has been kept in my humidity controlled room when not being played. It no longer gets the playing time it deserves as my hands have started to go bad and is up for sale. Specs below.

SCGC OM42
Old Growth Brazilian Rosewood b/s
Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard, bridge, head plate and bindings
Top is Master Grade German Spruce
Bracing is Red Spruce w/ hide glue
42 style Abalone top trim and Rosette
Fingerboard fret slots are blind cut to look like a bound fingerboard
1 13/16" nut and 2 5/16 saddle spacing
White FWI fitting at both ends + all pins
Waverly tuners
Neck shape is SCGC version of a soft V
Neck/frets are pleked
Voice is loud and clear with great projection
Guitar is in ex++ condition

Shipping to US only
Price is XXXXXX NET to me

Wow this is spectacular. That figured BRW fingerboard is dynamite looking too.

Amazing guitar -- GLWS

Thank you for the support.
One of the things that make the Brazilian special that you really can't see in the photos if the fine medullary rays running 90 degrees off the vertical. It shows a little bit of a fine tweed pattern throughout the back. The top is flawless.

Bacchus2b. Keep tat keyboard dry just in case you win the lottery.

As beautiful as it is with the Brazilian; ( & it REALLY IS!!!), that puts it way over what I can afford as I'm looking actively for 1-13/16" Nut & 2-15/16" bridge SCGC OM right now.

Would you happen to have another with these specs 'less' the Brazilian ????

...( Wishful...)..........( Sigh...)...........;-(

This is a GORGEOUS guitar! And with those woods it no doubt sounds amazing. The nut size isn't right for me but I can't believe this won't get scooped up quickly. It's a real beauty. GLWS

Thank You Barry and Dan. The woods are Master Grade throughout and there is absolutely Zero runout in the top as well. There is no camera magic on my part as many can attest to over the years.

Elkabong. I can make my own guitar (and I may list one later) with the specs. This guitar was custom made to my specs and the woods were from my own personal stash and intended to make a lifetime guitar from a well known group of builders. If you would settle for a 12 fret 000 with the specs you are looking for, I can offer you a good deal.

AMPinky. The 00 Eric Skyes are no slouch as far as guitars go. I always liked those and would check them out in the shop whenever I saw one. Always special guitars with the Marquee of a very good jazz guitarist.

Thanks guys

Wow! Just gorgeous. I bought the sister guitar, an equally beautiful 000 similarly appointed, from Tim. This one is the real deal and Tim is a stand up guy. Plus, the guitar is priced fairly.

Buy with confidence.

I am attaching a couple of close up photos showing the BRW bridge w/fossilized ivory pins and saddle and another of the 42 inlay around the fingerboard extension, the 12th fret logo and the rosette.
