**SOLD** 2013 Martin HD-28 1935 Burst (Serial# 1742XXX) – As New; **SOLD**

I am the original owner of this absolute gem of an HD-28, purchased in Feb of this year. Try as I did, I simply cannot adapt to the thin Low Profile neck with its narrower 1 11/16 nut and 2 1/8” string spacing. Breaks my heart too, because this guitar was cherry picked, after playing many many 28 series Martin dreads that I felt were too bass dominant and too midrange scooped.

This one has tons of midrange, great balance, and a bit of the shimmer and chime you often hear in 40 series Martin dreads. Gorgeous wood and a beautifully done 1935 burst add to the appeal. And no headstock wings either!

The guitar is As-New – not a mark on it save for some pickguard swirls.

Yep, seems many people prefer 1 3/4...including myself.
