any problems with the Alvarez baritone acoustic electric?
I just purchased one and it has a bad rattle on the low, top B string. Looks like the 8th or 9th fret is too high. This the third one I purchased, the first one had a loose pickup floating around in side the guitar.

I find that many guitars need a set up and fret leveling when new.
I have my Tech go over all of my new guitars and do what ever they need to make them play their best. Most of the time, there will be a few high frets from the factory. The stock saddle is usually replaced with a fully compensated bone saddle. My tune up prices run between $50 and $150 depending on what work need to be done. I always love the set up when I get the guitars back.
