Update: I played the guitar today again through the Bose S1 Pro direct in with no preamp. I dialed up the reverb a bit more and found the EQ sweet spot to be the trebles backed off slightly from flat and the bass boosted slightly from flat with the ToneMatch switch in the Guitar position. I also raised the low E pole piece one full turn. The tone was very impressive, even more so when you consider it is a soundhole pickup system. I'm smitten as a kitten! I can now see this guitar getting used more for live play.
