Since you used terms like 'warm', 'folk', 'full sounding' along with 1 3/4" nut and fingerstyle, plus the mention of Martin, the 000-18 is likely a guitar that will fit most of what you have stated, as many have suggested. Find a nice used custom with 2 5/16" string spacing and you've got a great guitar.
Good luck with any guitar being 'the one' though. While I've heard of a few people that claim to have found this magical beast, like a unicorn, I've never actually seen on in person. The good news is that if you buy a nice used one, especially a Martin, if you decided you want to try something else you can always sell or trade it off for something else with no real loss of $$$.
I did this for about six years and was able to try a whole bunch of really nice guitars. The only time I every lost money was buying new. Good luck and have fun!
