I first heard the opening lick from this song when I was shopping for a 5E3 Fender Deluxe. The fellow on the Tweed Deluxe Speed Shop site demoed his stock amp with an ES-335 and the beginning of it was him playing this lick, and it kicked butt. Well now, between your performance and the write-up on YouTube, I finally know where it came from. And yes, you guys kicked butt.

Another great cover by LLB. I loved Billy Squire's album when he burst on the scene. It was refreshingly new and different.
Great video over all, as usual, although the drums and bass were a bit too far back in the mix. |
