Default Circa 1930 Martin OM style Guitar

Built by John Slobod 2021, this 1931 style OM comes with bar frets, carbon fiber truss rod, Braz/Adirondak/mahogany, plekking by TJ, and ready to make the next owner a very happy camper. It has all the specialties plus of an original 1930 Martin OM except the age, including 14 frets to body, refined birdbeak style behind headstock, no truss rod for lighter weight(just Carbon fiber truss). Its condition is pristine, with the exception of some light nail marks in the pickguard area. Unfortunately John doesn't install those, so one just takes a chance while playing regardless of how careful we attempt to be. I've tried hard to capture the marks via picture, but very difficult since they only show in the right light reflection. Other than that, the guitar is as pristine as when purchased in 2021. John's price today for a similar commission is $21k. I'm listing this one here for $17,000. PM me if interested, let's talk, or email me at [email protected] for more info. Any shadows in the pics are just lighting and reflection. Thanks much, Ken

It doesn’t get much better than this. Besides an actual 1930 OM or one made by TJ, this would be third on my bucket list of dream guitars. Good luck!

John's guitars are phenomenal. I own one and am dazzled every time I play it. I'll look around the house for a spare $17K today. One of the kids must have something

A primo OM style guitar built by one of the finest makers out there, John Slobod of Circa Guitars. If you have never seen Johns work in person, it really is amazing, as clean and perfect as it gets, and they really do sound fantastic.
