Help identifying and valuing a Gibson....
I know nearly nothing about electric guitars - and a client sent me these pics today asking what it was worth. I don't even know WHAT it is!
If someone can help me identify it, I can probably work on the value too, but if anyone has a range (I haven't had it in my hands to discern condition) it would be great as well.

That seems to be some kind of lap steel guitar... google gibson eh-150 lap steel...
could be worth $500 to $1,000... I saw one version with 10 strings... -Mike "I googled strange small gibson eight string electric guitar to get started  "

Shoot a pm to Bob Womack... he was recently "on the hunt" for a lap steel (different brand) - I bet he'd know the in's and out's of this one...

Thanks for the help guys - looks like a mid 30's EH-150 7 string lap steel.
It would have taken me a long time to figure just that out. I'll look at values tonight! (and maybe PM Mr Bob)
