That shipping video was a real delight! Sounds like a great experience for those who were able to do this trip - kudos to Alistair and crew for making this happen. And the glimpses of the Emerald facility look fantastic!

I do believe that the last guitar (the Mill Farm psychedelic) shown was an X10 slimline and not a Virtuo. Of course, I can certainly understand a misstatement being made in the midst of all of the excitement, with the new owner also being reluctant to correct on video. In any event, Alistair and his team knocked it out of the park, as usual.

The blue Virtuo in maple burl is my custom build. Been watching these each week in anticipation and it finally arrived. Although he kept on saying Rich, and not Rick
 I also have an x20 coming, but that one had a bunch of modifications, so probably another week or two on that one.

How does the new HyVibe system differ from the old one? I see that it turns on from the jack area but, beyond that, I don’t see anything else concrete. Perhaps, the biggest changes are in software??? I also wonder if there’s been enough of an update for a player(perhaps, with more money than sense, LOL) to consider upgrading from the old system to the new one. 🤔
