Help ID Japanese Guitar

This guitar was probably purchased in Japan sometime in the early 1970's. I suspect it's a Terada 1200; but any additional information about this instrument would be appreciated.

I have confirmed it is a Terada 1200 and it was built in 1961. Still would like to know what the model name is (one of the Wind, Wood, Fire, and Mountain series) and what woods were used. The top is a two piece wood composite of a base wood with less than clean grain lines and a straight tight grained veneer.
