Tacoma ArchTop
Anyone ever played one of these?
I just did. I've never really been much of a Tacoma fan, but folks - this thing was really sweet. Not only did it play, look, and sound great, but the price is much (much much) lower than that of some other archtops I've seen. Any thoughts?

I have a student that brings one. Lot of bang for the buck, great tones. Not so crazy about the fret markers and the 1 11/16th nut.

Is that a bolt on?
I have checked out some of the Tacoma stuff and find most of it impressive for the price. I have found some of the guitars to be great sounding but a little miffed in the "styling" department. I like the fat necks and the arch tops play and sound great. But I have not played one that didn't have bolts on the heal. I don't like that.

I've been searching for one in my area, just to hear what it sounds like. Haven't found one yet.
