Reminds me of the ABC Wide World of Sports “Agony of Defeat” moment…😆

I have no current project, at the moment, so I am doing a deep cleaning and reorganization of the shop. It will probably take another week to complete the deed, and pictures are nearly pointless.
Meanwhile, here is a picture our friend Nancy Laird took at the great Flamenco Venue we encountered in Sevilla. From left to right: A truly talented guitarist whose name I failed to get, Our friend Tad Laird, The owner of the establishment (and owner of 150 historical Flamenco guitars including an 1813 Torres, if memory serves), and myself. Inspired by the stonework in Spain (partly), I am having a new front border to my home built: Last edited by Bruce Sexauer; 05-26-2024 at 08:53 PM. |

I just got the latest promotional email from StewMac, and was stunned to see they want $300 for a BRW fingerboard, and $75 for a bridge blank! I have a dozen or so of each on hand, and in my latest price structure and on my standard guitar, I don't up-charge for either. I also don't generally up-charge for BRW back and sides either, at the moment . . . unless you insist on my best set. My worst set looks pretty good to most of us. Okay, I'm done.
