Two come to mind:
1. The Martin OM-15 LA Guitar Sales custom -- Owned that one for 5+ years before selling to move up the food chain. Punched well above its purchase price ($1100 in 2012? Don't remember exactly), lightly built, great strummer and fingerpicker, huge sound.
2. My current 2012 SCGC D/PW, Sitka/EIR with the Adi bracing/Hide glue package, bought used for < 50% MSRP in 2016. The best guitar I've ever owned, period. Not the loudest dread in town, but no other dread has come close to the quality of tone that this guitar is capable of (and I've had some nice ones), nor the ease of playability. The added bonus is that it's 1/4" shallower than your typical Martin and Collings dread, making it super comfortable in the lap.
