Default SOLD Emerald X20 SOLD

Cutting back to one guitar. I have let GAS fill up my fifth wheel RV. It is time to sell some guitars and make some living/playing area. This is an Emerald X20 with a HyVibe pickup system and black quilted maple top. Comes with a Hiscox custom guitar case. It’s very nice and plays well but can’t keep them all. Bought this one before the big sale so it's only a few months old. Loved and appreciated but I need to get down to one guitar.

Currently, I live in the Dallas, TX area and am willing to drive a couple of hours or so to make the sale. Really prefer a local sale. If needed, I will cover shipping to the lower 48 states. Price $2,500.

My price is also 25% off the retail. Trying to make it a good buy and find it a good home.

Yes, you will also get the Emerald coffee mug (still in the box) that comes with each new Emerald.

Gorgeous Emerald there with the uber-cool Hyvibr system! I am in the DFW area as well and I am a X20 owner. If I wasn’t neck deep in acoustic guitars right now, I’d be interested.

Good luck with your sale!

If thinning the herd means just reducing your CF stable, I have an ‘04 D28 I can offer up in trade if interested. I’m in Frisco so you can take her for a spin first. I’m original owner and she includes a K&K pickup and Geib case.

Appreciate the offer but "thinning the herd" translates to I'm moving to one guitar that I'll play every day. I enjoyed playing the most when I only had one guitar. Oddly enough, it was a D-28 too.

There is no such thing as a "forever guitar". Ask me how I know.... several of them have moved on. Tone, playing style, and technique are moving targets.

The X20 is an amazing guitar and this should sell promptly at 25% off list. CF guitars tend to retain 70-75% of their new price as opposed to wood guitar depreciation. That has been my observation anyway.

Definitely cutting back to one guitar. Which ever of my guitars is the last to go, will be my "keeper".
