Default Rainsong H DR 1000 report and song(Operator)

Hey C F friends and family. I have been gigging exclusively for coming up on 7 years with my Rainsong H DR1000 It's the only guitar I used (live) since purchasing it in 2012. I have had one fret dressing on it and will probably have to have about 11 frets replaced in the next year. Love that guitar. The best thing for my arthritic hands that I could ever dream of.
I cannot imagine playing without my Rainsong. One day I hope to have that Rainsong Jumbo BI in the stable.

Here is a sound clip with a feedback rubber in the sound-hole. Through my Fishman Performer Amp, Di out to my EV1200W power speakers.

I was at a big Hawaiian gathering this weekend. One of the fellows played a WS-1000 with a feedback buster (plug) in the sound hole. He tends to get feedback when plugged in, but he must play a lot of loud gigs. Acoustically we could not hear him play finger style in the busy hall. Since he seemed very happy with his Rainsong, I decided to be nice and NOT let him play my X20. My WS-1000 is nearly retired since X20 came. He agreed.

Nice playing. I cheat and use a bass walk down from D to G, where you are using double stops. I need to study your video and steal a couple of licks.

You'd be hard-pressed to find a better workhorse gigging guitar than an H-DR, and you seem to be a pretty good match together!

Thank you Earl: my bass player does that lower range D to G walk down so it ties together nicely with the descending DS chords I'm doing.(if I don't flub)

LOL you're a nut!
Thank you very much.
I should have mentioned, I've been using the Martin Retro Custom lights for a couple of years and really love everything they do for my Rainsong and style.

Blind Mellon was awesome!

Thanks very much Evan. Must have something to do with that spit-shine you recommended.

Nicely done! One of my favorite Croce songs, and you do it justice.

Thank you Captain Jim.
Croce and James Taylor songs are the most requested songs I play.
Fine Guitars, Jim Croce and James Taylor are hard to beat.
My Rainsong H DR 1000 has been a great fit for those types of songs.
