**OFF THE MARKET** 2012 Martin Custom Shop 000-28 in Sitka/Cocobolo
I have for sale a stellar custom shop Martin 000-28 that features a beautifully toned Sitka top and stunning Cocobolo back and sides. It is basically in mint condition and it sounds better than any Martin I've had the opportunity to play. The reason for this sale is that I have decided to take a chance and purchase a 000-30 1919 Authentic without playing it first so either this one or the Santa Cruz OM that I am listing along with this Martin CS is going to go. I am going to keep one of them so the choice is up to potential buyers.
The last pictures show the faint marks that are on the back of the guitar. it looks like they could be rub marks from a previous owner's guitar stand. I have not had the guitar out of the case other than to play it and I don't have a stand that could mark the guitar in that area. Similar marks appear on the Santa Cruz that is listed along with this guitar. The price is $[XXXX] shipped to CONUS plus any transaction fees.
