Default Demo Cut with my Rainsong JM1000

hi,

i recorded a demo last saturday using my Rainsong JM1000.

we miked the sound hole with 4 mics. 2 shure ksm27's in a xy pattern and an akg 414 about 12 inches away pointed at the bridge and a shure ksm32 12 inches away pointed at the 12 fret.

the vocals were recorded with a Neumann U 87.

everything was recorded live with no overdubs.

it's a song i wrote called "the door" its in open c

thanks for listening

Nice song- great to listen to before bedtime. As gorgeous as the guitar sounds, the voice is not eclipsed by it! I'm starting to love these Rainsongs man- I've gotta get my Shorty!!

The JM1000 is the old kid on the block, so much talk has been with the new models but this Jumbo is probably their best guitar huge sound and 4.5 pounds. Need to get mine out again. Steve
