Chet Atkins and Vince Gill Duet! I'm in heaven!
Great rapport and respect happening here...
Chet was indeed a "Country Gentleman"... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lotN6YM0i5Y

Excellent! Two great guitarists, for sure, and Vince's short solo was just so smooth and inventive.

I've always been blown away by Vince Gill's guitar playing...
I know he's scored some amazing success with his singing...but he is one helluva guitar player!

...whenever i hear a duet that some other guitar player does with Chet i'm always blown away...playing with the master brings out the best in all of them even though they're no slouches to begin with...if you don't have them get yourself a couple of recordings that Chet does with Tommy E (The Day Fingerpickers Took Over the World) and Mark Knopfler..(Neck and Neck)...they're the bees flippin knees...i love the looks on their faces on these videos....its like they are just so jazzed to be pickin with Chet...and Chet is so gracious and classy....

thats just so irritating........ with me having such small hands I can't get my thumb over the lower E string to cover the bass lines. It really limits what tunes I can manage, would love to be able to play more ragtime.
