Default Carbon guitars as base for Nashville tuning

I set up my Classic Rainsong OM 1000 with Nashville or high tuning. Wow what a clear bell ringing sound with those high strings. Very transforming, so cool, wondering if carbon is not a good base for this. Rock solid neck didn't have to be adjusted. Like a new guitar experience for the price of strings.

I have not done any playing with this tuning... however a CF guitar does seem perfectly suited to it. How about posting some samples?

Been playing the Rainsong OM1000 with high tuning now for a month and used it with several songs with the praise band. It is just the coolest sound it continued to blow me away and all for the cost of a set of strings. Everyone, go buy a set of strings for a 12 string and then remove the normal guitar strings and use only the 6 high strings strung like a 6 string guitar. You will not regret it. If you don't like it you now have a new set of strings to use normally.

No need to buy a 12-string set to try Nashville tuning; both Martin and D'Addario have sets specifically for High/Nashville tuning. I don't like the idea of splitting up a 12-string set because the leftover strings are too light for normal use (probably equivalent to extra lights).

Thanks for the info. I guess I just wanted people to try it and probably most guitar shops don't carry nashville sets mine didn't and I went for years not trying it.
