Default New Rainsong Jumbo Is Ready To Ship!

I ordered a Rainsong CO-JM1100N2 from MacNichol's and it's ready to ship. I ordered it without the factory Fishman System and went with the LR Baggs Anthem SL. It also has the unidirectional top and N2 neck with a truss rod. I'm having MacNichol's hold off on shipping till I get back home on April 7th. It's going to be a long two weeks.

Congrats, sounds great! I know what you mean about the wait, I'm on pins and needles about my new limited edition Shorty that's coming from Ted at LA Guitar Sales.

Congrats back at ya! The Shorty was on my short list along with Jumbo I ordered. It was a tough call. It's tough when you don't have the opportunity to try them in person. I'm looking forward to reading your review on the Shorty.

I can only imagine how robust that jumbo is going to sound based on my dread. I think you'll love it....

Someday I may order one without any electronics. I really look forward to your reviews and pictures!

I believe that's the only way to go. You can always add one later without the barn door apparatus...

I just signed up and left a deposit for one myself. *patience, patience, patience*

Went without electronics since I'm just not a huge fan of barn door style electronics anymore. Will probably install a K & K mini eventually assuming the K&K will stay put on a non-wooden mounting surface.

Denny, looking forward to the pictures when it comes in.

Congrats Denny, I played the jumbo with the uni top and it's one fine combination.

a friend of mine just purchased the David Wilcox jumbo and loves it. While some of the specs are different from your guitar, I would expect enough similarities that yours will be as stellar as hers

Thanks for all the support and good wishes. Just ten days to go. I'll give a full report as soon as I've spent a little time with it.

Update! We're going to be arriving home on this Wednesday. Michael is shipping the Jumbo out today. It should arrive before the weekend. Yep, I'm excited. More to come.
