Anyone subscribed to the Tim Pierce masterclass?

I've been watching his YouTube videos for some time now and like his approach. I have picked up quite a few useful tips from his free videos.

I was thinking of subscribing to his masterclass. Just wondered if any of you chaps are members and if so what you thought of it.

No but I am guessing from his several videos I have watched, it could be a great learning experience.

I've subscribed. You get 14 days to decide if you want to continue.

There seems to be something special about someone who has actually been there and is still there. Rather than learning from someone who'd like to have been there. Having said that, I'm sure there are some great players who didn't make it who are great teachers too.

I'm enjoying it. There is so much to be gained in looking at the small things.

He has a knack of looking at things in a simple matter of fact way. There is no suggestion of mystery and voodoo. I get the impression too that his passion is with playing guitar and teaching what he's learnt himself rather than just being in it for the money.

So, I'm impressed so far.

I realise now, quite late on in life, that I have never really listened to my own playing. I'm really not bad! ;o)

Quick question is the corse interactive, with direct real time back and forth, or is it watch only ?
Also of note because of a mention in one of Tims Video's I now have ordered a MTN 10 by Karma Amps pedal a clone of the elusive and prized Mostortion by Ibanez.

Big +1...i have a Mostortion on both of my boards for 15+ years..and one in the closet! Love that pedal!!! And yes..i saw that vid where he mentioned the MTN 10...if it is a real clone, i suspect you will love it!

I thought that was probably the case, I suppose if it were interactive and because he is so popular and respected, it would be swamped with interaction, and distract from the organized flow of information.

wow...you should come wire up my boards...i am always changing out some pedals gig to gig....but mine are a mess..yours are put together beautifully!! (to be fair, my pic was the only one i had readily available showing mostortion on both boards...but yep...come wire mine !!!))

So have you upped for the full class and if so how are you liking it ? I am considering it

Any recent updates on this topic. Has anyone stuck with the Tim Pierce Masterclass. One criticism is that it's not very well organized. Has anyone found this to be a rate-limiting problem?

Kevin the pre recorded “lessons” that are always available 24/7 are just that, pre recorded. BUT many times throughout the year you receive an invitation to masterclass students only

and that is an hour of intense question/answer/lesson/gear with Tim. Just ask good, coherent questions during the class and he will acknowledge you, and if he can, answer your question. Also, if he cant get to your question during the ckass, he will email a response later on.

Im with this gang two years now. I feel for me it is a good investment.

Not yet currently I have a bunch of other things I am spending my time on . ( In other words I am still procrastinating)
