Stellar Sounding Veillette Gryphon Mark IV-Woodstock, NY--SOLD
0Here is a one of a kind, made by Joe Veillette himself in Woodstock. I picked it up directly from him. These went from $4-6K before he took them off shore. This is priced lower than the Korean models.
It is listed on Ebay and Reverb. Price drop from $1899. Now $999, no fees. I will include shipping to CONUS. PayPal Friends and Family is fine. This is priced to sell. nut width
I didn't see on the ebay post what the nut width and string spacing was at the bridge. Can you post that? Also what gauge strings do you use and what is the tuning?

Thanks for your questions.
The Gryphon is generally unison tuned high D--D. Having said that it can be standard tuned with a set of 12 strings. I am including two new sets of 6 strings so that the buyer can make a choice as to what they prefer. Gauges are .009-- 042 of the two new sets so that they can be unison tuned as true couplets. Nut is perhaps an ever so tiny shy of 2" and string spacing is 2 5/16ths. The neck is a very low oval shape so that overall width is not an issue for fingering. That being said I do not have problems playing. I have medium sized hands which would be smaller sized men's hands. Many thanks for your interest.
