Piling on to what’s been said. Great looking piece. I love a luthier who will (forvive me) take a piece of wood and go out on a limb.

"different yet familiar" is a wonderful accolade. Thank you.

I must remember not to cut off the limb I'm standing on, though!

A remarkably lovely build. How does she sound? Will you offer any audio/video so we can hear her?? Congrats on a lovely and innovative design.

Thanks so much! It has been a wonderful and trying experience building her. There’s good news and bad news in her completion. The bad news is she’s probably the last guitar I’ll ever build, bringing to a close 40 odd years of instrument building. 40 years of exposure to wood dust has taken its toll and allergies now fully prevent me from woodworking. The good news is, my son has taken over for me, and currently has two instruments on the bench that are as exciting for me as anything I’ve ever made. I’ll share details of his builds soon.
